Booking Amendments

Need to update your booking details?

More than 48 hours before vehicle drop-off: Contact our customer support team to request amendments free of administration charges, subject to availability.

You can request changes to your terminal, vehicle details or personal information.

Additional charges may apply if you extend your parking duration.

Within 48 hours of vehicle drop-off: Please contact your selected parking provider directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle drop-off time.

A £15 cancellation administration fee applies to eligible voluntary cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours of vehicle drop-off are normally non-refundable under our standard cancellation policy, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Parking Provider Assistance

Airport parking services booked through our website are provided by independent third-party parking operators.

For urgent operational matters, including vehicle collection, parking location directions, shuttle transfers, airport arrival instructions or return arrangements, please contact your selected parking provider directly.

Your parking provider's contact details and relevant instructions are included in your booking confirmation.

Complaints and Vehicle Damage Claims

We take customer concerns seriously and aim to help resolve issues fairly.

If you experience a problem with your parking service, including vehicle damage, delays, missing belongings or other service-related concerns, please contact us.

We will assist you in contacting the relevant parking provider, requesting an investigation and obtaining updates.

The parking provider is responsible for addressing issues arising from its services in accordance with its contractual and legal obligations. We remain responsible for our own booking and customer support services and any other obligations imposed by law.
